Prevention before cure, beautiful sisters.
A lot of people like to experiment. They say they want to understand the reality of life. Their first try of experimenting becomes several attempts at experimenting. Their initial reason for experimenting eventually produces negative consequences: mentally, physically and emotionally. The heart aches and the body cannot handle it.
Allhumdulillah, We believers are in no need to experiment in order to understand the realties of life. Allah SWT, our creator has already told us, his creations about what is harmful and what is benign to our bodies, heart and soul.
Prevention before Cure!
Islam, our way of life, tells us ways to prevent ourselves from getting into conflicts or problems, rather then being in the problem and then wondering how to solve it.
Moreover, once we are in the problem; it is too late to think of a solution.
A reminder to myself, and of course to all my beautiful sisters out there:
Strive to protect your heart, your emotions and all the other lovely and important things about yourself..
This reminds me of when non-Muslims gasp of astonishment, that we are prohibited to have boyfriends. Yeah, never had a boyfriend, or a broken heart. Say whaaa?
